El Camino Real Charter High School student Jordan Peisner was sucker-punched to the head while walking out of a Wendy’s restaurant in West Hills in December. The 14-year-old spent five days at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, including two days in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Jason’s dad, Ed Peisner, says the attack was recorded before, during, and after the beating and shared on Snap Chat almost immediately. Peisner has launched a website in the hope that people who stage such attacks to create a social media sensation are punished. By Sandy Wells, KABC News.
